2. What if the ordered goods do not meet my expectations ?
In our store you can return products within 14 days of purchase. If you want to cancel your purchase, please contact us - all information is included in the regulations.
3. How to place an order correctly?
After adding the product to the cart, fill in the delivery address form, select a convenient payment method and preferred delivery method. You will receive a confirmation of the order at the provided email address, which will include the order number and all the details regarding the concluded transaction.
4. I was unable to pay by card – what should I do?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay by card again for an order in which the payment was not authorized by Przelewy24 (in such a situation, the funds were also not collected from the payment card, so the order will not be fulfilled), therefore we suggest:
• place a new order again
• contact the Customer Service Department to change the payment method to bank transfer or cash on delivery.
Another option is to pay via Stripe.
5. What is the order processing time?
99% of our Customers' orders are fulfilled within 48 hours from the moment the order is accepted or payment is posted to our bank account. Orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are received in the store.
6. How will I be informed of my order's shipping date?
When the package is shipped, a message with the waybill number will be sent to the email address provided in the order. The current status of the shipment can be checked on the courier company's website.
7. What if the shipment is damaged during transport?
After receiving the parcel and noticing the damage, if possible, please write a damage report with the courier delivering the parcel (having the report speeds up the complaint processing time). We also ask you to immediately send an email to reklamacje@zoo-hobby.pl containing the order number and a short description of the problem. Your complaint will be processed by us as soon as possible.
8. How can I subscribe to or unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Log in to the website www.zoo-hobby.pl in the My account tab you will find information about the possibility of subscribing to or unsubscribing from the newsletter.
9. What are the real shipping costs?
The rules are simple, up to 180pln costs according to the proposal in the basket are derived from the data of the courier companies' costs in a given time. The only additional fee is 10pln as a packaging service is always added to the order of frozen products.
