Reusable. After the performance is limited, it should be regenerated with sodium chloride solution (ion exchange principle)

Filter material in a universal bag, place in the filter. Reusable thanks to easy reactivation with ordinary sodium chloride (salt).

Nitrate Remover reduces high levels of nitrates by exchanging ions. When the capacity is exhausted, nothing is released into the water.

Regeneration

Add 100 grams of sodium chloride (ordinary pure salt NaCl) and dissolve in 1 liter of cold tap water, place the NR sachet in the prepared solution for one hour (the product is regenerated after an hour and ready to work, over time the longer the regeneration the better the efficiency), after this time remove the sachet and wash thoroughly under cold running water and we can use it again NOTE!!! For regeneration it is necessary to use only ordinary salt (NaCl) without additives such as iodine, calcium, etc., e.g. dishwasher salt or tablets for softening filters. Because these substances clog the pores of the filter medium and reduce its effect.

We do not rinse in hot water.
